Terms of Use: This motion picture is exclusively the copyrighted work of Burning Hay Wagon Productions, LLC (BHWP).  This DVD is for private home viewing in the United States and Canada only.  It is not authorized for any other use. BWHP holds the exclusive right, among others, to perform the copyrighted work publicly.  All other public performances are illegal unless they have been specifically authorized by license. Terms of Use: Under the United States Copyright Act, any viewing or exhibition of this video in a public place must have public performance rights. Purchase of this Program is for educational use only in the United States and Canada, which shall include limited non-theatric public performance rights. Such rights are defined as exhibition of the Program to the following specific non-paying audiences: (a) educational institutions (e.g. high schools, colleges, universities, graduate degree programs, medical schools, seminaries, adult educational programs and institutions); (b) public libraries; (c) faith communities; (d) governmental agencies and institutions; (e) non-profit and for-profit healthcare entities (e.g., assisted living facilities, clinics, nursing homes, hospices, hospitals, home health agencies) exhibiting the Program for educational purposes only; (f) public service and voluntary citizen organizations; (g) social and cultural organizations, clubs and societies; (h) and senior living communities (Rights).

In granting the Rights, it is understood that such use shall not grant any right or privilege to the copyright with respect to the Program, which copyright shall always and in all circumstances be retained by Burning Hay Wagon Productions, LLC (BHWP). Furthermore, NOT INCLUDED: in this license are the rights to broadcast this video to the general public by any means, including, without limitation, the rights to: 1) distribute this video on an education access channel that can be viewed by the general public; 2) distribute beyond a single building or campus; or 3) duplicate, lend, borrow, resell, license or otherwise exploit the Program for profit.  Any exception to the "non-paying audience" clause of this license requires permission from BHWP and an additional fee.
